The Bartholomew County Prosecutor's Office first started using the ProsLink software in 1998. We ran into problems when we first had the system, but with the new upgrades along the way, the system has been running great. Whenever we have had a problem, we would contact ProsLink and they were always very prompt in trying to find the problem and fixing it or contacting our IT support team. This program has not only helped in building our charges, it has helped our Victim Witness Coordinator to have the information needed as it related to victims and witnesses.
Since implementing Real Time, the support has increased immensely. Whenever there is a problem, Theresa Stevens, of ProsLink, is able to log into our computer with our permission and fix the problem. No more struggling to figure out the problem over the phone. ProsLink offers on site training, which is great for a large group. If you have an individual employee, ProsLink offers free training when the employee travels to their location. Overall ProsLink has been a great asset for this office compared to the way this office used to build charges prior to 1998.
